West Coast defender Mitch Brown will see surgeons on Monday to find out whether he has fractured or dislocated his thumb.
Brown was injured during Saturday's seven-point AFL loss to Hawthorn in Tasmania.
Premiership defender Brett Jones is also set for a stint on the sidelines after suffering a hairline fracture in his arm playing for WAFL side Claremont on Saturday.
