Updated May 18, 2011 16:35:00 Essendon captain Jobe Watson and Collingwood's Dane Swan share the lead in the ABC Footballer of the Year standings following round eight of the AFL.
Neither Watson or Swan polled last weekend, but they head the leaderboard with 12 votes, two ahead of Brent Moloney.
Hawthorn spearhead Lance Franklin topped the 3-2-1s in the Hawks' five-goal victory over St Kilda at the MCG last Sunday to be in fourth place.
