"The truth's the truth," he says.
Ricky Nixon says the AFLPA should reregister him, despite them releasing a statement saying that they did not rely on Kim Duthie's testimony when making their decision to deregister him.
"Let's face it, there wouldn't have been an investigation if Kim hadn't told them what she told them," he says.
He says he will sue the Players Association for a large sum of money.
"The initial preliminary advice is certainly in the millions," he says.
He says he will also sue 'at least two media outlets' for publishing defamatory material.
